Room in a shared flat

A 14m^2 room is becoming available immediately for 679-. The room is rented on an indefinite and unfurnished basis. Temporary rentals are also possible, as long as the room can be occupied immediately. Our 4-room apartment is located 10min walking distance from the ETH am Hönggerberg and is reachable in 15min by bus from Oerlikon. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers green spaces, forest, and various shopping opportunities. The deposit is 1850.- and will be paid back upon moving out. From October, there is also another 10m^2 room available to rent, and the rent there is 598.80. The rooms can therefore be rented together then; you can come as a pair or someone new will join as well. About us: Flo (28) has just completed his architecture studies and started working. He has lived in the apartment for a very long time and has previously taken over the main lease alone. Andrea (26) studies in Germany and has worked as an architect in Zürich. She will also be moving out in October to complete her studies. The shared flat is generally rather quiet, as everyone is often on the go. However, we enjoy meeting informally every now and then on the balcony or sofa for a drink. We are looking for: Someone who is in the same stage of life, can make use of the proximity to the ETH, is open to shared flat life but is also independent.
