Room in a shared flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in this beautiful flat at Limmatplatz.

3min walking to Limmat where you could enjoy swimming or nature.
6min walking to Zurich HB.
Very central and easily connected to the city.

The apartment is very cozy and cute, the room is for one person and you’d be sharing the flat with me. I work as an artist and cultural manager. I would be happy if we create a home out of a place and make sure to inhabit the space together. I consider myself to be an easy-going, spontaneous person that loves to spend time with people, but also truly appreciate my solitude, especially during artistic work periods. I appreciate cleanliness and joint responsibilities around the flat, but i also consider myself quite flexible in how we share different activities. I imagine co-living as creating a space where one can be appreciated as they are, creating a safe environment together. Sometimes with my former flatmates we would watch a movie together, or cook, or invite friends over.

I would be happy to find someone to share this space with, preferably FLINTA.
