Room in a shared flat

The shared flat room will become available for an indefinite period from 1 October 2026, as I unfortunately have to move abroad again for my studies. We (Cleo, Clement, Lucia and Joey; all between 23-27 years old) are looking for a flatmate for a quiet shared flat, where everyone has their daily work routine, but is also open to a little chat or an evening by the water in the evenings. Mutual respect and a sense of cleanliness are also very important to us. Otherwise, everyone is very active, go jogging, swimming and cycling a lot, and are always open to company. The apartment is located in the new development area in Altstetten and is fully equipped with everything one could wish for in the kitchen and common areas. On the loggia, one can relax well in any weather and occasionally host a game night. Shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants can be reached within 5-10 min on foot. You can reach Bahnhof Altstetten on foot just as quickly. The 31 and 83 bus also depart directly in front of the house. The room is rented for a limited period until 1.8.2027. The furniture (bed, chests of drawers, desk) is included in the rental and is included in the price.
