Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my large, bright shared apartment room in the beautiful Blüemli-Quartier. The room is in a terraced single-family house with a large garden. There are four of us living here: Tereza, Lorenzo, Siro and myself. We are all around 30 and are therefore looking for someone between the ages of 25-35 (preferably a woman). The house is located very centrally near the Letzigrund stadium. There are good public transport connections (Tram No. 2 & 3, Bus No. 33, 72, 83) and the two stations Altstetten and Hardbrücke are also nearby. Everything is also easily accessible by bicycle. There are many shopping facilities nearby (Migros, Aldi, Lidl, Coop), a very good bakery, restaurants/cafés as well as two bouldering halls.

In our shared apartment, we value peaceful and respectful coexistence. We enjoy doing things together, going to the mountains together, going on city trips or simply going somewhere to drink a coffee and enjoy the sun. We also regularly cook and eat together and talk about politics or sometimes more trivial things. In the summer, we like to barbecue in the garden and plant our own vegetables. We enjoy spending time together, but also respect it when someone needs their peace and quiet.
