Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person who would like to take over my fully furnished room in our 3-person shared apartment for five months (beginning of December to end of April).

The room & the apartment:
The room is ideally laid out and offers everything you need for the period. It is equipped with a cozy bed including mattress, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and a small shelf.
Although we do not have a classic living room, our apartment is very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything one needs. A real highlight is the balcony: there is a grill for beautiful days and even a small training area for deadlifts, squats, etc. (Access to the balcony is uncomplicated through a roommate's room).

Your roommates:
You will share the apartment with two relaxed guys: Santiago (21, Banking student at the UZH) and Michael (35, works in IT). Since we are a Zweck-WG (shared apartment for convenience), living together is very relaxed and uncomplicated. People enjoy a quick chat when crossing paths in the kitchen, but otherwise, everyone has their own rhythm and absolute privacy.

The most important key data:

• Period: beginning of December to end of April
• Rent: 1100CHF (flat rate – WLAN, electricity, and heating are already completely included in the price!)
• Deposit: 1100 CHF/ one month's rent

If you are looking for an uncomplicated temporary living solution, you have come to the right place. Just write us a few short lines about yourself and what you plan to do in the coming months.
We look forward to your message!
