Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy flat in Oerlikon. The room is available from 1 December, with no fixed end date. The rent is CHF 1,050 per month, including internet and all other charges except electricity.
We are Lorenzo and Lorenzo, both 27 and Italian. We are PhD students in Electrical Engineering at ETH Zurich, working on power grids and microelectronics. We have been living together for three years now. We are friendly and cheerful, and we are looking for someone similar, preferably an Italian speaker.
The room has parquet flooring and direct access to the shared balcony. The flat is approximately 125 m², on the second floor of a modern building with an elevator. It has:

• A large 45 m² living and dining area, with a fully equipped open kitchen and an island.
• A spacious 12.75 m² covered balcony.
• A dedicated laundry room inside the flat, with a washing machine and dryer.
• Two bathrooms, so you would share the shower bathroom with just one of us.

The flat is right next to Oerlikon station, with excellent public transport connections and plenty of shops and services nearby.
We would prefer the new flatmate to take over the furniture in the room, with the items and price agreed directly with the outgoing tenant.
