Room in a shared flat

Looking for a comfortable place to call home in Zurich? I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly shared apartment in Höngg!

The room

The room is approximately 20 m², fully furnished, bright and quiet, with a large window and plenty of space to study, work and relax.

The apartment

The apartment offers everything you need for comfortable everyday living:

_ A spacious living room
_ A fully equipped kitchen
_ Two bathrooms
_ A large balcony, perfect for enjoying some fresh air
_ A washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor

Location

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with convenient access to everyday essentials and public transport.

_ Supermarkets and other shops are just a 5–10-minute walk away.
_ The nearest bus stop is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
_ ETH Hönggerberg is around 10 minutes away by bike, making the apartment particularly convenient for ETH students.

Your future flatmate

You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one other person, a male ETH student. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and it’s important to keep the apartment tidy and respect each other’s privacy.
