Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche eine nette Untermieterin oder einen netten Untermieter für meine helle, 52 m² grosse Dreizimmerwohnung in einer richtig schönen Lage nahe dem Idaplatz.
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit viel Charme und wird möbliert untervermietet, du kannst also fast mit dem Koffer einziehen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Alle Supermärkte erreichst du bequem zu Fuss und die Trams 2 und 2 fahren direkt nahe der Haustür, sodass du schnell überall bist.
Wenn du ein gemütliches Zuhause in einer lebendigen Gegend suchst, freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht. Erzähl mir gern ein bisschen von dir, dann vereinbaren wir einen Besichtigungstermin. Ich bin flexibel in der Länge der Untermiete, maximal jedoch 11 Monate.

I'm looking for a lovely subtenant for my bright, 52 m² three-room apartment in a really nice location near Idaplatz.
The apartment is a charming old building (Altbau) and will be sublet furnished, so you can move in with little more than a suitcase. The location is very central: all the supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and trams 2 and 2 stop close to the front door, so you can get anywhere quickly.
