We are: woman, 52 years old, broadly interested in art, literature, politics, architecture; I work as a lecturer and author at various universities and artistic projects, I love my work, am sociable and enjoy being on the go. Son, 15 years old, very easy-going and communicative, goes to school in the neighborhood and is with his father half of the time. Likewise, two trusting, clever, very sweet cats live with us from time to time. We are looking for an easy-going subtenant, communicative, open, social. The furnished room is 22 square meters in size and is located in our beautiful apartment. The apartment is from the 30s, Bauhaus style, very large, high ceilings. There is a private toilet for the room. The room is suitable for a weekly resident. Also available for a limited period by arrangement. Shared use of the other beautiful rooms: Kitchen, bathroom with shower+bathtub, large entrance hall, entrance area, 1 large balcony with a view of the garden and city, 1 balcony facing the quiet neighborhood street.
