Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious flat in Oerlikon from 01.11.2026.
The room is 23 m² and furnished. The furniture has to be purchased from the current tenant (price to be discussed). The rent is CHF 1,344 per month + CHF 17 for WiFi.
The flat is just a short walk from Bahnhof Oerlikon and very close to Coop, Aldi, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace that’s great for sunny days. We also have a washing machine and dryer in the flat, as well as access to a bike garage and a cellar.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with Alice (26, French), a PhD student, and Federico (26, Italian), a working professional. We’re both friendly, tidy, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere at home. We often have dinner together or do things as a flat, but mainly on a spontaneous basis.
