Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new female flatmate for our 4-person shared apartment directly below Klusplatz, starting from 01.Nov.2026 or by arrangement. Since we would like to maintain the balance of 2 women and 2 men in our shared apartment, we prefer a female flatmate.

Who we are:

• Baptiste (28) works as a mathematician at the Unispital, does a lot of sports, plays basketball, and enjoys being out with friends
• Laurine (27) works as a physiotherapist. In her free time, she loves outdoor sports such as climbing, ski touring, mountain hiking, running, and cycling. In bad weather, she enjoys dedicating herself to creative activities.
• Matthias (32) is an engineer, enjoys playing basketball, frequently goes for a hike on the weekend, or goes to concerts.

We are all on the go a lot, so life in the shared apartment is rather quiet for us. When we are at home, we also enjoy sitting together for a beer or a glass of wine or eating together sometimes. We place great value on a considerate but uncomplicated coexistence; we are very open-minded and appreciate exchanging ideas with one another; we are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes).

Our shared apartment:
Our apartment has almost 2.0m2 with a very large living and dining area, two bathrooms with washing machine/tumbler, and a large balcony. Included in the rental price are costs for electricity, Serafe, internet and TV, as well as a share of the general furniture. Order and cleanliness are important to us; so far, we have also managed without the reinforcement of a cleaning service ;-)

Your room:
Your room is approx. 9m2 in size and unfurnished. It is “Zimmer 4” on the floor plan and will be rented out on an indefinite basis.
