Room in a shared flat

The sublet room includes its own shower/WC room next to the room. The apartment is located 2 km from the Zurich city border in Adliswil, where public transport connections are much cheaper than in Wollishofen - you can reach HB Zürich in 25 minutes with the S4. The gallery apartment is 200 m2 in size, modern, has a terrace, a fireplace, a laundry tower, and a modern kitchen. Within a 300-meter radius, there is a shopping center, a train station with a direct connection to Zurich, as well as various restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. A recreational area with BBQ facilities by the river is almost at your doorstep. The room is available from 02.22 or by arrangement.
