I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my furnished room in a spacious, centrally located flat near Kreuzplatz.

The room is approximately 9 m2, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, a queen-size bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and shelving.

The 2.0 m2 apartment has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable living room, a separate dining room, two balconies, a full bathroom and an additional WC. There’s also a washer and dryer in the apartment, a lift, and cellar storage.

You would share with two working professionals in their early 30s: a German doctor and a French consultant. The household would suit someone tidy, considerate, and independent who appreciates a relaxed, well-kept home.

The location is very convenient: a few minutes from Kreuzplatz, with trams 8 and 15 and bus 31 nearby. Stadelhofen, the lake, and the cafés and restaurants of Seefeld are within walking distance.
