Room in a shared flat

I am leaving my room in this beautiful apartment, which means it will available from the second half of July. The apartment is shared with Vanessa, an architect in her 30s who largely contributed to building the house with architect bureau EMI. New building, very well isolated, floor heating, beautiful design details, views on greenery all around. The apartment has wooden parquet floors, a chimney, 2 large balconies, 2 ovens, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer in the apartment, bathtub and 2 toilets.
