3 rooms apartment

Hallo! Ich bin einen Monat weg und suche jemanden, der in dieser Zeit meine Wohnung geniesst.
Es ist eine möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Langstrasse, direkt beim Limmatplatz. Es gibt ein Esszimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche mit Balkon. Der Balkon und die Küche sind meine Lieblingsplätze zum Frühstücken. In der Küche findest du alles, was du zum Kochen brauchst. Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind in der gemeinsamen Waschküche im Keller.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Zum Hauptbahnhof laufe ich etwa 10 Minuten, und der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Rund um den Limmatplatz und die Langstrasse gibt es viele Cafés, Bars, kleine Läden und Restaurants, und die Limmat ist auch ganz in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist vom 3. November bis 4. Dezember 2026 verfügbar. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir ein paar Zeilen über dich und was dich nach Zürich bringt. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!

Furnished 3-room apartment near Limmatplatz, 3 Nov to 4 Dec
Hi! I'll be away for a month and I'm looking for someone to enjoy my apartment while I'm gone.

It's a furnished 3-room flat on Langstrasse, right by Limmatplatz. There's a dining room, a comfortable living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a balcony. The kitchen and the balcony are my favourite spots for breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Washing machine and dryer are shared and in the basement.

The location is really practical. I walk to the main station in about 10 minutes, and the bus stops right in front of the house. Around Limmatplatz and Langstrasse you'll find lots of cafés, bars, small shops and restaurants, and the river is close by too.

The apartment is available from 3 November to 4 December 2026. If you're interested, send me a few lines about yourself and what brings you to Zurich.
