Room in a shared flat

Due to a change of tenant, a room is becoming available in this 4.5-room old building apartment. The apartment is located on Langstrasse, centrally and in the lively quarter. There is a club in the basement, which is why it can get loud, especially on the weekend. Accordingly, I am looking for noise-resistant roommates. What awaits you: * Unfurnished room (approx. 13.6 m²) * Shared living hall with dining area (17.5 m²) and a separate living room (20.9 m²) for sitting together * Kitchen with dishwasher, bath/WC as well as a balcony by the living room * Private washing machine in the attic * Rent: CHF 1'000.– per month (incl. utilities). Available from 5. October 2026, limited to one year with the possibility of extension. About me: I have just completed my Master's studies and am currently looking for a job. I am a relaxed person who likes to do sports. On the weekend, I like to invite friends or organize events. A certain social streak is therefore important to me in my roommates. I am tolerant, but also appreciate a certain level of order and cleanliness in the shared apartment.
