I am renting out a furnished room in my beautiful and well-maintained 3.5-room apartment in a quiet location at the edge of the forest in Neu-Affoltern with very good public transport connections to Zuerich-Oerlikon, available immediately or by arrangement.

Since I am traveling a lot for work and private reasons and am rarely at home, you will enjoy significantly more privacy here than in a classic shared apartment (WG) and will have the apartment practically to yourself for a large part of the time.

The 14 m² bedroom is already equipped with a 160-cm bed and a large wardrobe and can be moved into immediately.

A special plus: You have your own small bathroom with shower, WC, and washbasin for your exclusive use. A washing machine and dryer are also located directly in the bathroom.

The entire apartment is 80 m² in size, modern, and high-quality equipped. The open kitchen, dining and living room, and balcony can, of course, be shared.
