*Wochenaufenthalter* Please mind I am looking for a Wochenaufenthalter. That means: the room is available mon-fri & max. 1 weekend per month. Perfect for Students or Interns eith a second homebase. Rent is CHF 1'050.00 for a Wochenaufenthalter. centrally located room apartment in Kreis 4. Its the perfect combination of peace and tranquility while being in the middle of Lochergut, Kalkbreite, Bäckeranlage and Langstrasse. So you have Lidl, Coop and Migros in 5min walking distance. The room is about 16m2 and unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with everything one might need: Theres a TV, a vaccum robot, a fully equipped kitchen with many tools and gadgets and two cute, fluffy cats. There is a small balcony and a rooftop. There is basement storage if needed. Laundry is shared with others in the building, but so far always free and easy to book. The room is rented out start upon agreement limited for 5 months with possibility to extension. I am Nadja, 31 y/o running logistics in a gelateria.(Yes, this means access to unlimited ice cream) I work monday to friday office hours and im often out throughout the week boxing, meeting friends or family or being in nature. Im a very social person in my daily life, so I see the apartment as a home where i can slow down and relax.
