The apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. All apartments are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings. In addition, seating with a dining table can be found everywhere. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare an excellent meal. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The following services are included in our service: all utility costs, WLAN Internet, TV, monthly intermediate cleaning (stays longer than 45 days), bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. Washing machines and dryers are available for free use in the basement. The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and the rental deposit is CHF 2000.00. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The Serafe radio and television levy is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.
