2 rooms apartment

I am offering my cozy 2-room apartment near HB in Kreis 5 with 28m² and an affordable rent of 540 CHF. The house is old but has a lot of charm; the bathroom (shower, WC) is located outside the apartment and is accessible from the stairwell on the same floor (see floor plan) and is shared with a neighbor, but in return, the kitchen is so large that we have already sat in it with 8 people. There is a terrace in the backyard which all tenants can use.
My dream would be to wake up to birdsong in my new apartment. If your offer is a beautiful, quiet old building apartment in Zürich with approx. three rooms (or with large 2.5 rooms) and a balcony in Kreis 7 or 8 near public transport, then let's talk and see if we can swap! Regarding timing, I imagine the move to be around April 2027.
