Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my shared flat room and am looking for a female subtenant for our cozy apartment (from December).
The apartment is located 2min from Bahnhof Altstetten, is approximately 80m2 in total, and your room is about 27m2 and offers enough space to feel comfortable.
You would share the apartment with an uncomplicated and cool roommate (25Y nearly 26Y, teacher).

We are looking for you!
We look forward to applications from female persons between approx. 22-30 years. The apartment should be a place where one can retreat and relax, but also where one likes to get together for a coffee or a chat.
If this room appeals to you, please write us a few lines about yourself!
We look forward to your message :)
