Room in a shared flat

A beautiful furnished room is becoming available in our shared apartment. Minimum rental period for short-term is 6 months. **Rent chf 1240.- per month incl. utilities** **Rental deposit chf 2600.-** Included in the rent of chf 1240.- are all utilities (WLAN, EWZ, water/heating, general consumables and weekly cleaning service for the common rooms included) Together with you, we are a 5-person WG with 2 cats. The apartment is 300m2 in total. We are all totally easy going, like it clean and tidy. We appreciate a cozy living atmosphere and respect privacy. Our interests and hobbies are yoga, pilates, general sports, music, concerts, theater, dancing, art, culture, traveling, cooking/baking and much more. We are not a wild party WG. We are preferably looking for a female roommate aged 25-35 who loves cats. Our 2 cats are mega cuddle monsters. Maybe you are the right person? Write us something about yourself.
