Room in a shared flat

I am moving out of my beloved apartment and am looking for someone to take over my room. My current roommate is 31 from Madrid and has been living in this apartment for a year now.

The apartment is a renovated old building from 2016 with a large modern kitchen and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. In addition to the living/dining room, we also share an office with large cupboards. The highlight is the large balcony with sun from noon until evening. In the cellar, there is a compartment as well as a private laundry tower (laundry is also no problem in the evenings and on weekends). Outside, there is a covered bicycle parking space.

The apartment is centrally located in a low-traffic one-way street. Top public transport connections at Goldbrunnenplatz and Coop, Migros, Aldi, pharmacy, everything within walking distance.

Furniture can be taken over upon request (free of charge). Move-in date by arrangement from 19.10.2026.
