I (47, restaurant manager - 13 years in the shared flat) am looking for a new roommate for the room in the pictures, available immediately or by arrangement. My other roommate Dominik is moving out at the end of September. The apartment has a total of 112 sqm, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, dryer and washing machine in the kitchen, as well as a living room. The apartment also includes a rooftop terrace. This is not a purpose-built shared flat! Rent: 990 CHF per month (including electricity, water, etc.). Deposit: 1000.-. The room is 14 sqm and can be taken furnished or unfurnished and rented without a fixed term.
