As of 14.12.2026, we are looking for a successor tenant for our premises at Albisriederplatz in Zürich.

Our studio location (film production / agency) is becoming vacant. We are moving on. The location is top-equipped, excellently situated, quiet in the courtyard, perfectly connected with bus and tram lines, only a few minutes from Hardbrücke and easily accessible by car.

Raised ground floor / Ground floor (110 m2)
The characterful, high-ceilinged room offers space for 6–10 workstations. It features a partitioned meeting cube, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, refrigerator, hob and oven, as well as a water connection for a coffee machine.
The access is either via the entrance door or directly via the lift (with key).

Included are a small bathroom with shower as well as a storage room of approx. 6 m2 and an air-conditioned server/storage room of approx. 6 m2 in the basement. These are also accessible via the lift.

There is the possibility to additionally rent a heated and dry cellar room of approx. 50 m2. Access is possible via the stairs or the lift – ideal for bringing goods outside with a trolley. We used this room as a studio, presentation room, and for our film equipment.

Rent: 500 CHF / month

Optional: Parking space
The premises are part of a building with a medical practice. There is the possibility to rent an additional parking space. The shared use of patient parking spaces (e.g., for customers) is possible in consultation with the landlords (practice on the upper floor).

Rent: 139 CHF / month

(In the annex building, an underground parking space with a car lift will also become vacant upon our move-out.)
