Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in a 3-person shared flat immediately. The room is furnished. (Bed, wardrobes, desk, chairs, lamps plus carpets. The kitchen and the bathroom are intended for shared use. The laundry room with a dryer is located in the cellar, which is also available for use. I would prefer to rent the room to a flight attendant, as the other rooms are already occupied by two flight attendants.
