Hi! I'm Lidia, a 30 year old biologist, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a cozy 3.5 room apartment. The room is available with the existing furniture. The total price is CHF 1,200, which includes the furniture in the bedroom as well as half of the furniture in the shared living areas. No security deposit is required, so the furniture purchase effectively serves as a deposit, as it can be sold to the next tenant when you move out. The apartment is in an excellent location, directly opposite Milchbuck station. Zürich Main Station is just 10 minutes away by Tram 7, and with Trams 7, 9, and 10 as well as Buses 69 and 72 right outside, it is easy to get anywhere in the city. The flat is directly across from Irchel Park and next to the Irchel Campus, making it especially convenient for PhD students or anyone studying or working at the University of Zurich. I am looking for a respectful, tidy, and easy going flatmate who enjoys a peaceful and friendly home. A female flatmate is preferred.
