Room in a shared flat

Hi!
I’m leaving my room in a shared flat at Bederstrasse 202, 8002 Zurich (Enge), and I’m looking for someone to take it over.
The room is fully furnished. I’m selling my furniture.
The flat comes with a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Your flatmate: Peter, 42, very discreet, calm and a genuinely lovely person. Easy, respectful cohabitation.
Location: Enge is one of Zurich’s nicest and quietest neighbourhoods. A park is just around the corner, the Waffenplatzstrasse tram stop (lines 5 and 23) is a 2-minute walk, and Sihlcity with its shops, cinema and restaurants is a short walk away. The main station is about 20 minutes away by tram.
Available: as soon as possible.
Interested? Just send me a message and I’ll be happy to tell you more or arrange a viewing.
