Room in a shared flat

**Important note:** The room is exclusively suitable for commuters. Registration with the municipality or proof of residence is **not possible**. We are renting a **partitioned area within our house**. Important: **The area is not completely separated by a solid wall. The separation is partially achieved by a large wardrobe or a wall of cabinets.** It is therefore **not a classically enclosed bedroom with four solid walls**. Nevertheless, the area offers its own space for **sleeping, relaxing, and storing personal items** and can be used in everyday life as a private retreat area. The accommodation is particularly suitable for **commuters and professionals** who work in Zürich or the surrounding area during the week and require simple accommodation. The shared flat (WG) is very quiet. All residents work and have their own daily routines, which is why the house is **quiet and sparsely occupied** most of the time. **Important:** Registration with the municipality is **not possible**. The accommodation is therefore only suitable for persons who **do not require registration or an official residence at this address**.
