Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy and modern 5.5-room 3-person shared apartment in Letziturm. Move-in date between 20.12.2026 and 02.01.2027.
What we offer:
The apartment is not only super located (near Letzipark), but also offers 2.0 m² of really much space to feel comfortable. Your future room is 14 m², with a view to the north and will be rented unfurnished - all furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
What the apartment offers you:

Regarding the costs:
The rent is CHF 1830.- incl. service charges. In addition, there is approx. CHF 155.- fixed per month for electricity, internet, Serafe, Mister Green, insurance and a cleaning lady who comes once a month. Additionally, a one-time amount is requested for the takeover of the communal equipment (the depreciation of the furniture is included).
In the surroundings:
Right around the corner you will find Letzipark, various restaurants and everything important that you need. The location is excellently connected and yet quiet.
What we are looking for:
We wish for a flatmate under 35 who is tidy, open and communicative as well as speaking (Swiss) German. You should be a non-smoker, relaxed in interaction and have a desire for harmonious coexistence - not a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience) but also not a party-WG, but with the necessary respect for the peace and privacy of others. We share many things in everyday life. Everyone contributes, and we ensure that everyone feels comfortable.
We do not have a cleaning plan, but we rely on everyone thinking ahead and taking responsibility, which works very well so far; this keeps everything uncomplicated. It would be optimal if you already bring a little bit of WG experience. Whether woman or man, employed or part-time student - the main thing is that you are likable, uncomplicated and spontaneous.
We are:
I (Laura, 28) work as an assistant doctor in the hospital. I am an open, interested and cheerful person and like to spend my free time with my favorite people - preferably together outside with movement or also cooking cozily sometimes. My inner urge to move also forces me regularly to the gym or onto the bike. I am already dreaming of my next long trip, I like to be on the go, discovering the world. I very much appreciate the active exchange at the end of the day, spontaneously having a shared breakfast on the weekend or doing something together - whether as a WG or in a group.

I (Eleonora, 27) work in personnel consulting and have been living in Zürich for a year. In my free time, I make use of my GA and travel through Switzerland - sometimes in Basel, Bern or Lugano. Generally, I love to travel and discover new places. When I am not on the go, I like to try out new restaurants with my friends or cook myself at home. I am a very open and enthusiastic person: with me you can try a new sport, but also lie on the sofa all day, watch movies and talk about God and the world. I appreciate social exchange, but certainly also enjoy some time alone.

We are both very easy-going and relaxed. When we are all at home, we like to chill together and enjoy the shared time. Friends are also welcome to visit - of course you can join at any time or invite someone yourself.
