Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in my bright apartment in the center of Wipkingen. The room is being rented on a limited basis until and including August 2027. We can agree on the exact rental duration together.

The shared rooms are furnished. You can furnish your own room yourself. You have your own bathroom, in which only the shared laundry tower is also located.

Coop and Migros are only a one-minute walk away, as is the lively Röschibachplatz with its market. You are also excellently connected with public transport.

No additional service charges are added to the stated price.

If required, you can rent an outdoor parking space for CHF 88.– per month.

Interested? Then write to me briefly about who you are. I will then get back to you for a viewing. I look forward to your message!
