Room of 20 m² in a shared flat of 3,5 rooms in Zurich 4746,near to Oerlikon train station, available from November. Rent of CHF 2340 per month, excluding additional costs- internet, electricity, etc -. The room is not furnished and the flat is equipped kitchen/balcony/washing machine/etc, and is well connected: 3 minutes from Oerlikon main station by bus, and 20/25 minutes from the centre Zürich HB by train.

Important: this is not a sublet. The person moving in will be added to the main tenancy agreement together with me, replacing my current flatmate, who is moving out. That's why I'm looking for someone financially solvent with a debt-free certificate (Betreibungsregisterauszug), willing to take on their share of the contract. Transparency and formality are essential to me

I'd like this flat to remain a home, not just a place to sleep. That's why, before arranging a viewing, I'd like you to tell me a bit about yourself: what you do, how long you've been in the city, what kind of co-living you're looking for and how you imagine life in a shared flat. I don't hold viewings every day: I'll organise a few interviews on specific days to get to know the right person, so take your time to introduce yourself properly in your message.

I really value good co-living: respect, tidiness and communication. We don't need to be close friends, but I would like us to be able to share the occasional dinner and have interesting conversations. It's also appreciated if the person already has their social network in the city (friends, activities, plans), because that usually makes co-living easier and more natural. I'm not looking for someone who's just passing through and only uses the room to sleep.

If this sounds like you, write to me with a brief personal introduction (profession/studies, time in the city, intended move-in date and why this flat interests you). From there, if it's a good fit, I'll suggest a viewing on one of the days I've reserved for interviews.

See u soon!
Thank you
