We are renting out our lovingly furnished 4-room apartment in Seefeld during our absence. Mietdauer: 2. October to 25. November 2026 (fixed) Mietzins: CHF 3’100.– per month incl. Nebenkosten (electricity, internet and Serafe) Die Wohnung: The approximately 105 m² large apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and offers plenty of space for 1–2 persons. Highlights: * fully furnished * two small balconies * bright living and dining room * 1 bathroom with bathtub * separate WC * modern kitchen with dishwasher * washing machine and Tumbler for shared use in the cellar During the rental period, the apartment is fully available to you. Only the cellar compartment remains reserved for our personal items. Lage: The apartment is located in a quiet yet central location in the popular Zürcher Seefeld. * Tram 11 and 15 (Haltestelle Höschgasse) in approx. 3 minutes on foot * Migros and Coop in approx. 4 minutes * Zürichsee in approx. 7 minutes Extras: You are also welcome to use the following: * Rocket Appartamento Espressomaschine * Smart Bike (Zwift) * Eisenhorn Workout-Schrank * Thermomix * Plancha Grill on balcony * by arrangement also our Rennvelos Home office is of course possible. Wen wir suchen: We wish for 1–2 non-smokers (also no e-cigarettes), who treat our apartment carefully and feel at home in it during the rental period. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Kaution: Mietzinsdepot in the amount of one month's rent. Viewings are possible by arrangement.
