Your new room
The room is located on the upper floor of our duplex shared apartment and has direct access to the balcony with a view of the Uetliberg.
Remaining in the room are a bed in the size 160 × 200 cm, a bookshelf, a desk, as well as a long Kallax shelf with 2 × 4 compartments. We wish for you to take over all the furniture together for a total of CHF 100.

Our shared apartment
We live in a spacious 5.5-room duplex apartment on two floors. The apartment includes two balconies, a large furnished living room, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Washing machine and tumbler are also available.

Location
The apartment is located near Letzipark and is very well connected. Tram 2, bus lines 31, 83 and 89, as well as the Altstetten station are quickly reachable. With public transport, you are at the Hauptbahnhof in approximately 15 minutes.
With a bike, you can also reach the city comfortably thanks to the bike route directly in front of the house. Coop, Aldi, Migros, Denner and the Letzipark Shopping Center are in the immediate vicinity.

Your future WG
Daniel is a funny Key Account Manager, rides a racing bike and prefers to read or stretch on the balcony. He knows the best saving tricks.
Marina is a kind-hearted Italian and chemist. She likes to bake or accompany you to the gym.
Deniz comes from Turkey, is doing her PhD at ETH and likes to sit at the table with you and a glass of wine.

We are not a party WG. At home, we mostly like it quiet and everyone leads their own life. We cook and eat together spontaneously. When we meet, we like to sit together, tell each other stories from everyday life and occasionally we also do something together like hiking. Or we meet with the neighbor WG for a movie night.

Who we are looking for
You are employed, approximately 27 to 32 years old and are looking for a relaxed WG life. You are open to shared moments, but do not constantly need a program and also respect the personal space of others.
Preferably male to maintain the gender balance (2x man, 2x woman)
Since many neighbors live in the house, the apartment is not suitable for large parties.

Perspective for takeover as main tenant
Björn is moving in with his girlfriend after nine years of WG life. Therefore, there is the possibility in the coming months to take over the apartment together with Daniel.
