Charming garden apartment in Zürich-Wollishofen on Mutschellenstrasse

With a heavy heart, I must leave my beautiful apartment, in which I have felt perfectly comfortable since 2013. After the death of a family member, I took over their dog, but unfortunately, dogs are not allowed here.

The charming old building apartment is located directly by the Brunau station, near Sihlcity. It offers a large kitchen, a spacious entrance area (almost like a third room) and a huge garden in the middle of Zürich. In addition, there is an affordable rent: 1760 Fr. incl. service charges.

The apartment is somewhat noisy and as a garden apartment, one also occasionally has ants/spiders :)

I am looking for an apartment in the Zürich area with at least 1.5 rooms and up to 2500 CHF rent. If my offer appeals to you, I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps exchanging keys soon!
