Very bright, superbly laid out apartment at Goldbrunnenplatz with two balconies. Completely renovated old building with old herringbone parquet in both rooms and in the corridor, including built-in wardrobes here. Bathroom and kitchen of very good contemporary standard, simple, high-quality and well-equipped (kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination), laundry room without a laundry schedule and with large, fast machines two floors higher (attic). My request I feel very, very comfortable in my apartment even after a long time and would only exchange it for a similarly extraordinary, larger apartment.
