Why this can be attractive specifically for university beginners: By taking over the apartment now, you are already part of the JUWO. This gives you a right to a follow-up solution. During viewings for the next apartment, you will therefore enjoy the highest priority and have a significantly better chance of getting an apartment if you like it.
