Bathroom / living room / kitchen for shared use. The beautiful and cozy 4-room apartment is located in Stadtteil 3, 5 minutes from Sihlcity / Brunau. A very quiet location in the greenery, easily accessible by excellent public transport. Stops are located in the immediate vicinity at Uetlihof / Tram 23 and Binz. We are looking for a quiet and tidy person. Cleanliness is very important to us, as well as a friendly, tolerant, and conscious coexistence. You will share the apartment with Mehdi, m, 44. He is a former professional volleyball player, is currently working on his dream, and is very athletically active in his free time. Annemarie is 25 years old, comes from Germany and works as an architect in Zürich. In her free time, she likes to be creative, reads a lot, goes to the gym, and loves baking passionately. She appreciates both quiet evenings and social activities such as playing cards. If you have a stable income and are generally balanced and reliable, then we look forward to hearing from you. This is not a Zweck WG (shared flat for convenience) and also not a party WG. We value social contact and spontaneous togetherness. Everyone enjoys, but also has, their own free space, time for themselves, and peace. Send us a short description with a picture 🙂💫
