Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our brilliant 4.5-room apartment in Kreis 4. We are Abtin (34) and Lissi (32), in addition to a sturdy fig tree. Since our current flatmate is moving out, a beautiful room is becoming available with us. **What distinguishes the apartment** * Incredibly good location (3 minutes to Stauffacher, tram 9/14 and a bakery right at the doorstep) * Modern and bright rooms with light from three sides * Open floor plan with a very large kitchen, living, and dining room combination * Probably the only projector stone in all of Zürich * Two large balconies * View of the Üetliberg, the Alpine peaks, and the most beautifully vegetated house in Kreis 4 * Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment * Cleaning lady (1x per week), internet, and Mr. Green included **Your room** * Room (approx. 14 m²) * Window front on the entire side facing northeast * Own access to one of the balconies * Available from 1. August – both for an indefinite lease as well as temporarily from a minimum rental period of two months **What distinguishes us** * We are an uncomplicated and sociable WG and enjoy living together instead of just living alongside each other * We are both employed and appreciate a relaxed, uncomplicated atmosphere at home * When the opportunity arises, we like to do things together – whether it's a spontaneous coffee, an Apéro, a concert, or simply an evening in the city * Helpful, open-minded, and diversely interested **Who we are looking for** You!
