Room in a shared flat

Looking for a cosy, well-equipped place for two months? A room is opening up in our spacious and bright shared flat!

• Dates: November 28th, 2026 – January 32st, 2027
• Who can apply: Everyone is welcome (both male and female applicants)! The outgoing roommate leaving for the sublet is a girl.
• You will be sharing the flat with two easygoing Italians guys (ages 29 and 30) both working in robotics and automation. It is a friendly, respectful, and organized home environment.

Located right in front of Seebach train station and just a 3-minute walk to Seebacherplatz (Trams 24/52, Buses 75, 768 and 40), providing direct access to Oerlikon station and Zurich Airport. Coop, Migros and Denner are all within a 4-minute walk.

The Apartment:

• Amazing Living Room: Very spacious, bathed in natural light through large glass doors and windows, with a sofa and direct access to the balcony.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Comes with plenty of counter and cabinet storage space, a large fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher.
• Bathroom: Includes the washing machine and dryer.

The room comes furnished, and almost all the furniture is left for FREE

• Included for free: Bed, bedside cabinet, desk, wardrobe with mirrored doors, and an ergonomic gaming chair (if you want it!).
• Note on storage: The large dark wooden-door wardrobe in the room can be discussed separately if needed.
