Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my 16 m² room for three months in our beautiful old building apartment in Kreis 4. We can gladly discuss the exact dates flexibly.

The room is super bright, has beautiful parquet flooring and beautiful original wood paneling – pure old building charm! The 4-room apartment has been renovated and combines the charm of the old building with modern amenities: a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and new windows.

The location is also top: The main station is reachable in approx. 10 minutes on foot and there are countless beautiful cafés, bars and restaurants all around the apartment. For sun lovers, there are also two balconies where you can soak up the sun wonderfully depending on the time of day (even in the winter months). A private compartment is available in the cellar and we have a washing machine as well as a dryer directly in the apartment.

You would share the apartment with a female roommate in her early 30s. We are therefore looking preferably for a working professional who also enjoys relaxed and uncomplicated living together.
