Room in a shared flat

Bitte lies das ganze Inserat, bevor du dich meldest. Ich ziehe Ende September aus und suche deshalb jemanden, der mein Zimmer in Wollishofen ab dem 1. Oktober übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m2 gross und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist etwa 2 x 5 m gross. Du wirst die Wohnung mit einem Mitbewohner teilen, der an der ETH Zürich studiert. Gesucht wird eine offene und gesellige Person, die gerne auch mal etwas mit dem Mitbewohner unternimmt. Die WG soll keine reine Zweck WG sein. Wichtig Du musst als Hauptmieter mindestens das Dreifache der Monatsmiete verdienen. Das entspricht einem monatlichen Einkommen von mindestens CHF 5200. Falls du diese Voraussetzung nicht erfüllst, musst du einen Bürgen angeben. Falls beides nicht möglich ist, melde dich bitte nicht. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Wollishoferplatz entfernt und verfügt über einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Garten. Der Zürichsee ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Migros, Aldi, Denner und Coop sind alle in 5 bis 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es in Wollishofen eine Post, einen Metzger und einen Irish Pub. The apartment is located about 5 minutes from Wollishoferplatz and has a quiet courtyard with a garden. The lake is only a 10 minute walk away. Shopping is very convenient with Migros, Aldi, Denner and Coop all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. There is also a butcher, post office and an Irish pub in Wollishofen.
