Welcome to your winter home in the heart of the Old Town! This approx. 25 m² apartment greets you with wooden beams, wooden floors and lots of light: plenty of windows let the sun in from morning to evening, and from the living/sleeping room you look out over the rooftops of Zurich.
At the entrance you'll find the separate kitchen with a combination oven and microwave, a separate shower and a separate WC with window. For sleeping there is a double wall bed and a sofa bed, ideal for 1–2 people. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and utilities are included, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the building.
The lanes, cafés and Christmas markets of the Old Town are right on your doorstep. Zurich main station is a 10-minute walk away, with fast connections to the airport, the ski resorts and the rest of Switzerland.
Good to know: the building is small (five apartments), has no elevator and a narrow staircase, and the neighbourhood is lively. Non-smoking.
Available from 1 Dec 2026 to 31 Jan 2027, dates flexible. CHF 1,950 per month all inclusive, final cleaning CHF 120, deposit one month's rent. I look forward to hearing from you!
