Room in a shared flat

I am renting a beautiful shared apartment room with its own balcony in a cozy 3.5-room apartment.
About the shared flat:
I am Constanze, 37 years old, a quiet, warm, and uncomplicated flatmate. I value harmonious, respectful, and relaxed living together. I look forward to occasional shared dinners, a glass of wine, or nice conversations. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory. At the same time, it is important to me that everyone has their own space and privacy.
The apartment:

• 3.5-room apartment as a 2-person shared flat
• Shared apartment room with its own balcony
• Shared kitchen
• Bathroom and separate WC
• Large hallway
• Parking possibility in the Blauen Zone (permit via the Stadt Zürich)

Who I am looking for:
A sympathetic, quiet, considerate, uncomplicated person, ideally between 30 and 45 years old, who speaks German and/or English and values order and cleanliness.
Someone who is more of a night owl than an early bird would suit particularly well. :) Respectful interaction, cleanliness in the common rooms, and mutual consideration are important to me.
Rental duration:
The minimum rental period is 3 months, initially a maximum of 6 months. If living together is harmonious for both sides, I would also welcome a long-term shared flat arrangement.
