3 ½ rooms apartment

We are exchanging our beautiful 3.5-room apartment with approx. 65 m² in Zürich, as we are expecting a child and are therefore looking for a larger apartment.
The apartment is located in a lively quarter near Lochergut. Numerous restaurants, cafés and bars are located right around the corner. However, the street itself is quiet.
The apartment features a balcony, its own washing machine and a tumble dryer. It is renovated and in a very good condition.
The tram stop Zypressenstrasse is only approx. 3 minutes away on foot. Wiedikon station is reachable in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Hardbrücke station is also easily accessible.
We are looking for at least a 4-room apartment, up to max. 3'500CHF (incl. service charges), ideally also with a balcony. We are particularly interested in Zürich and the surroundings as well as places around Lake Zürich and towards Zug, for example Thalwil, Horgen, Affoltern am Albis, Birmensdorf or Urdorf. A good train connection to Zürich or Zug is important to us.
