Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared apartment in Zurich.

The apartment is shared with three other girls, all French-speaking, studying architecture and biology. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful and relaxed.

🧺 Apartment facilities

• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher
• 2 bathrooms (the room shares the bathroom with a bathtub with one other flatmate)
• Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• 2 balconies, with north- and south-facing views
• No Wi-Fi included
• No TV

🚋 Location & transport
The apartment is conveniently located close to the Brunnenhof & Bucheggplatz tram and bus stops, with easy connections to both Zurich city centre (~10min) and Oerlikon (~3min).

🧹 Cleaning
A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the common areas. The rate is CHF 30/hour, which comes to approximately CHF 15 per person per cleaning session.

🪑 Furniture – CHF 400
Preference will be given to someone willing to take over the furniture for CHF 400.
This includes all the furniture shown in the pictures, including:

• Bed and mattress
• Extra mattress
• Two dressers
• Desk and chair
• Clothes hanger
• Curtains
• Other small items

The small bedside table and decorations are not included.
All furniture is in very good condition and was purchased only 3 years ago.

A security deposit of CHF 3,540 (equivalent to three months’ rent) is required.
