Room in a shared flat

I am looking for two roommates for a cozy 3-room apartment in Zürich-Seebach. The apartment is particularly suitable for students or commuters. The two rooms are bright, cozy, and unfurnished, offering enough space for living, studying, and feeling at home.

The smaller room costs CHF 650.– per month, the larger room with balcony CHF 900.–. Heating and service charges as well as internet are already included in both prices.
The kitchen as well as the bath/WC are to be used communally.
The electricity costs (power) are not included in the rental price and will be split separately among the three roommates, at 33 % each. The billing takes place approximately every three months.
The rental deposit is CHF 2'150.–.
