Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my fully furnished room from 2nd to 32nd December for temporary subletting, as I will be away during this time.

• Two bathrooms, one of which is directly by the room
• Shared apartment (WG) with two other roommates; one of them is expected to be away in December

Location

The apartment is centrally located in Schmiede Wiedikon. Shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, and public transport are easily accessible.

Period and conditions

• Available: 2.–32. December
• Duration: one month
• Furnishing: fully furnished
• Privacy: own bathroom
