Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone :) I am looking for a new female flatmate for this beautiful 2 1/2 room apartment in Zürich Affoltern. **About the apartment:** The vacant room is approx. 14-15m² in size, unfurnished and beautifully bright. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a small multi-family house in a quiet residential area. The kitchen and bathroom are already fully equipped; I am currently refurnishing the small living/dining room. We have a small dishwasher and access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline in the house. In addition, there is a cellar compartment. The apartment is owned by a private owner and the rent for the room excluding utilities is 740 CHF. **The location:** The Affoltern train station can be reached in approx. 5min on foot, as well as several bus stops nearby. Furthermore, there is a small shopping center directly by the train station. The nearby forest and the Katzensee are also particularly beautiful. **About me:** I am Lisa, 29 years old and work at the ETH Zürich as a doctoral student. During the week I mostly work full-time and am therefore home mainly in the evenings. I like to cook and bake, and I like doing yoga, dancing, and currently also a lot of endurance sports. Generally, I would say I am an uncomplicated and open person. I think it is nice to sit together in a shared flat in the evening while eating and chatting, but it is just as important to respect each other if the other person wants to withdraw.
