Room in a shared flat

Hoiii! Since I'm doing a semester abroad in Taiwan, a room will be available in our great 5-person shared flat starting from August 1, 2026! We are: * Marghi (28) * Jann (30) * Nuran (32) -> in Taiwan * Julia (28) * Benno (29) Shared flat life: We are adventurous, together or independent of each other; our hobbies range from painting, bouldering, camping, jogging to cooking, piano, and guitar playing. We really enjoy spending evenings together in our living room or on the terrace. Sometimes we have heated discussions with wine and beer, sometimes we sit on the sofa with tea and watch a movie. Around our shared flat, we always want to tackle new, small projects, such as planting the garden, setting up the terrace, or getting new pictures for the living room, to make our house as cozy and livable as possible together. Our friends and partners are also welcome in the shared flat at any time. We are looking for someone who has a similar idea of friendly cohabitation and a tolerant attitude towards fellow human beings. Please only apply if you intend to rent the room from August 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027. Common areas: Our living room is the meeting point of the shared flat; equipped with a large dining table, sofa, TV, and piano. The balcony, terrace, and especially our garden invite you to grill in small or large company. And since the terrace is covered, you can even sit outside in the rain. Cleanliness and order: We are generally a tidy and clean shared flat. Everyone clears away their stuff, and if someone forgets something, we help each other out. All tasks that arise in a household are divided among all residents and are reliably done. However, we'd rather spend our time with something else than cleaning, so we have a cleaning lady for the common areas once a week. Your room: CHF 1360.-; from August 1, 2026; approx. 19 sqm. The rent includes all ancillary costs (water, heating, electricity, etc.) and also shared flat expenses (cleaning lady, WiFi, detergent, general food like spices, flour, etc.) Location: At Irchel/Milchbuck, tram stop Hirschwiesenstrasse directly in front of the door, 12 minutes to the main station, 6 minutes to Oerlikon station You're somewhere in your 25-35s, a maximum party smoker, and fit in with us?
